Our journey started with a little café known as Hazel’s Kitchen, a much-loved spot that served simple, comforting food to the locals. When we took over, we didn’t want to erase Hazel’s story — we wanted to build on it. With respect for the foundations she laid, we introduced a new chapter: Blaze Kitchen. Our aim was to keep the warmth and friendliness that Hazel's customers loved, while adding a modern twist to the menu and atmosphere
Today, Blaze Kitchen offers a diverse selection of dishes, from classic English breakfasts to burgers, paninis, Mediterranean flavors, and Desi-inspired breakfasts. We take pride in offering generous portions, fresh ingredients, and a menu that evolves with the tastes of our growing community.
